Absolutely not!

If you already have your own build team and you are comfortable going through the conveyancing process yourself, we can offer a standard sourcing service whereby we find the property for you and you take it from there. We always get to know our clients and if you are comfortable doing the rest yourself that's fine, we would never push our services if they are not required! 

Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. 

If we do not present any properties to you within 60 days of signing the agreement, we will refund your fee with immediate effect. This will be set out in the contract you sign with us at the beginning. 

Yes! There is an option to do a joint venture whereby you put an amount of funds into a property project and then you get a set return after a period of time. Eg you put £50,000 in on an agreement that you will recieve a 10% return after 9 months whilst a property is being refurbished. In 9 months, you are given £55,000 back once the property refurb is complete or it has been refinanced with no ownership or link to the property.

The good news is you dont have to. Property is just a vehicle in order for you to start or grow your money which is safer than other things like bitcoin etc. It's a tangible asset and will give you capital appreciation and I will be able to guide you on the best strategy once I understand what you want to get out of the investment and how you want your money to work for you.
